A whole center is its own project. We quote each one individually after we look over the property. When the job reaches past the storefronts to the whole building, that’s our commercial building washing.
Your awning is part of the storefront, so we clean it on the same visit. We don't sell it as a separate job.
Awnings are made from outdoor-rated polyester, and we haven't met one yet that couldn't handle our wash. We pre-rinse the fabric, treat it along with the building front, and rinse it off. Where moss or mildew has soaked into the fabric, we give it a low-pressure rinse. Once in a while, it needs a brush.
We clean the tops and edges, too. Plenty of crews skip them, and the awning still looks dirty from across the lot. If any part of an awning is already torn, we won't put pressure on it; we clean around it so we never make existing damage worse.

Awnings come out clean without affecting the look or color of the fabric. Torn spots are the one exception, since we clean around those.
If something on your storefront isn't right when you open up, or three days later, tell us. We'll come back out, look at it with you, and make it right where cleaning can. Commercial work doesn't carry a time-length warranty, so this return visit is how we stand behind it.
We can clean the whole front of your business, top to bottom, including the tops and edges of the awning. Plenty of our storefront calls come right before an inspection or a showing. If you need it done in a hurry, a rush fee applies. We’ll also tell you upfront about anything cleaning can’t fix, like torn awning fabric. Graffiti on the frontage is its own job: our graffiti removal uses a dedicated remover in several coats.
A small storefront takes about an hour, and a large frontage can take 6 to 7 hours. For a full strip mall, we set the timing once we’ve looked over the property.
