Around New Castle County, sprinklers running on irrigation or well water leave orange rust stains on concrete. Your driveway, walkway, patio, and pool deck take on a gray, dirty look too. Driveway and concrete cleaning from T&T Powerwash takes that gray look off. We clean with a surface cleaner for an even finish, then post-treat the concrete so it stays clean longer. Call (302) 415-3285 to get the gray off your driveway.
Every surface below gets the same two-part treatment: a surface cleaner pass, then post-treatment. That covers driveways, front walkways, sidewalks, steps, patios, and pool decks.

Plain poured concrete is what we clean most, since it’s the standard for driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks on homes across the county. When concrete is already failing or crumbling, we switch to a gentler process.

The surface cleaner moves evenly across the pattern. The finish comes out the same from one end of a stamped driveway or patio to the other.

Cleaning brings out the color that’s already in stained concrete. It won’t change that color.

If your concrete already has a sealer on it, we clean it with the same process as everything else on this list.

Exposed aggregate gets the same surface cleaner pass and post-treatment as poured concrete.

We clean paver driveways as part of this service. Re-sanding the joints is a separate job, handled through our paver cleaning and re-sanding service.
One thing we don’t clean is blacktop. And cleaning shows what your concrete can really look like, but it can’t change how the concrete was poured or fix cracks that are already there.
Three things set our concrete work apart, and you’ll see all of them the day we finish.

A rented pressure washer and a wand leave stripes across a driveway. We use a surface cleaner instead, so the finish is even from edge to edge.

Clean concrete with pressure alone and it turns gray again in three or four months. Our post-treatment keeps it clean for about a year and a half to two years.

Low spots on a driveway or patio hold water after a cleaning. We vacuum that standing water out, so your concrete looks done the day we leave instead of the next afternoon.
Call, text, or fill out our form. We pull up your property remotely, or you text us a couple of pictures. Driveways and walkways are easy to measure, so simple jobs get priced right on the call. Your quote arrives as a link you approve with one tap.
Once you approve, we text you a couple of dates and times. About three days out, you’ll get our Six Steps to Success checklist. Most of it is moving small items out of the way, and we’ll handle anything heavy. A reminder follows, then a text when we’re headed your way. First jobs start at 9 AM, and later slots come with a two-hour arrival window.
Our lead technician walks the property with you, or we work around your day if you’re not home. We hook up to your outdoor spigots and pre-wet the grass and plants. Then we pre-treat the darker, heavily soiled areas.
We run the surface cleaner at controlled pressure across the whole surface, then go back for touch-ups. On pool decks, we work carefully so nothing washes into the pool.
Once the cleaning is done, we apply our post-treatment, which brightens the concrete even further.
We rinse the grass and plants a second time and clear any puddles sitting in dips. On the dramatic jobs, we take before-and-after photos.
We walk the finished job with you and take care of anything you notice right then. You can pay on site or by invoice. Afterward, you’ll get a review request, and down the road a check-in about your next cleaning.

If something isn't right, tell us on the day or three days later. We'll come back out, look at it with you, and make it right where cleaning can. Most touch-ups get handled before we pack up the truck.
No. Our units aren’t the off-the-shelf 4,000 PSI machines. At the controlled pressure we run with the surface cleaner, they aren’t capable of cracking or chipping a driveway. If your concrete is already in rough shape, we use a gentler approach still.
A small patio takes about 15 minutes, and a large or heavily soiled driveway can take up to three hours. Poor drainage adds time, because pooled water has to come out before we finish.
We treat oil, grease, and rust as add-ons to your cleaning, and results depend on the stain. Oil and grease get a degreaser. With rust removal, sprinkler rust comes up easiest, while old, deep-set rust sometimes only lightens, and concrete holds onto rust harder than most surfaces. We test a spot first, and if we can’t make a difference, the rust removal comes off your bill.
Your estimate is free, and most can be done from your address and a few photos. If you’re already planning a house wash, we can add the driveway and walkway to the same visit. To get concrete cleaning scheduled for your New Castle County home, call (302) 415-3285.
