Drive Thru grease is one of the stains we deal with across New Castle County. Grease, tire grime, and spills build up on a restaurant’s lane faster than anywhere else on the property. At T&T Powerwash, we come in overnight and route cars around us with cones. Then we degrease and surface clean the lane in sections, so it never has to close. If grease is building up on your lane, call (302) 415-3285 for a free quote.
How we run the night depends on one thing: whether your lane can close.

When your lane stays open all night, we work around live traffic. Cones send cars to the other lane while we clean one section, then we shift and repeat. Working around cars takes longer, and that shows up in the quote.

If your restaurant can close the lane for the night, our crew works straight through with no cars to dodge. Whether the lane can close is one of the things that sets the price, so we ask about it up front.

A drive thru cleaning covers more than the concrete pad. We also clean the canopy overhead, the menu boards, and the surfaces around the lane. Your dumpster pad is a separate job, and our dumpster pad cleaning cuts that grease with the same degreaser approach.
Grease splatters up the wall next to the lane, too. We'll clear it off even when washing the building itself isn't part of the job. You decide what's included when we put the quote together, and your choices change the price.
Two things set our Drive Thru work apart.

We clean restaurants, Drive Thrus, storefronts, and parking lots overnight, working around your traffic. You never have to shut your doors and turn away orders to get the lane clean. Not many companies our size will take on night work like that.

A clean lane doesn’t mean much if grease gets tracked across the lot behind it. Before we pack up, the whole lot gets rinsed down too. Your morning crew opens to a site that looks finished, not just a clean strip of concrete.
Estimates are free. We walk or drive your property and ask about your budget, so the dirtiest areas get handled first. You’ll get a detailed, line-item quote, usually within hours. If your general or regional manager signs off on vendors, we’re happy to walk the lot with them. A COI and W-9 are available on request.
Once you approve the quote, we text you to set the date. If your lane can close, we work straight through. If it can’t, we show up around midnight.
We set cones to steer drivers to the other lane or window. Then we hook up to the water on site.
We apply degreaser to the section we can work, then run a surface cleaner over it for an even finish. As traffic allows, we move to the next section and repeat. We don’t use hot water, because the degreaser does the heavy work. Everything in scope gets cleaned along the way.
When the cleaning is done, we rinse the lane and the surrounding lot so nothing is left to track out. If your concrete lot needs more than a rinse, that’s a job for our parking lot cleaning.
We pick up the cones and leave the site ready to open. You’re invoiced when the job is complete. We take check, ACH, credit card, or cash, with net 30 on request. If anything looks off, we’ll come back.

If something isn't right, tell us, on the day or three days later. We'll come back out, look at it with you, and make it right where cleaning can.
That promise applies to every visit, so you're never stuck with a result you're not happy with.
A small pad by the window takes about an hour. A full lane in bad shape, or one worked around live traffic, takes 5 to 6 hours. If your lane can’t close, we start around midnight, so your finish time depends on how long the lane is and how much traffic comes through.
Yes, we can set up monthly or quarterly visits on request. Most locations book a visit when they need one instead, and there’s nothing to sign up for.
Tell us about your lane, and we’ll send a free line-item quote fast. New Castle County restaurants can call (302) 415-3285 to set up a night that works around service. We’ll plan the work around your hours, so the lane keeps moving and your customers keep ordering.
